From Turin

  1. A6 motorway Turin–Savona, towards Savona
  2. Exit Carrù
  3. Follow signs for Dogliani, then Belvedere Langhe
  4. From Belvedere climb up to Murazzano: 10 minutes along the ridge

the climb from Belvedere is the official welcome to the Langhe

From Milan

about 2 h 30
  1. A7 towards Genoa, then A21 towards Turin
  2. At Asti take the A33 towards Alba
  3. From Alba: scenic road to Dogliani or Bossolasco
  4. The last 35 km of hills: no rush, eyes wide open

if you leave early, stop for lunch in Alba: after that it's all downhill... so to speak

From the Ligurian sea

50 min from Savona
  1. A6 Savona–Turin, towards Turin
  2. Exit Millesimo
  3. Follow signs for Murazzano through the Val Bormida
  4. You climb from the sea to 559 metres in half an hour

yes: morning at the beach, aperitivo on the square. Plenty of people do it

Without a car

with a hand from us
  1. Train as far as Alba (connections from Turin)
  2. Or up to Mondovì, on the Turin–Savona line
  3. Write to us before you set off: we'll help you plan the last stretch

the last stretch by bus is as rare as truffle: better to check with us first
